![]() I've already reset the printer by pulling the power cord from the back of the printer & from the wall for at least several minutes numerous times. ![]() I already tried reinstalling the printer drivers & software from HP's website both before and after the windows updates with no change. I know the problem is not the cartridges as I've gone through 4-5 new sets of cartridges from 2 different companies. I installed the August windows update for this specific problem ("Printernightmare") that was supposed to fix it however it didn't. The problem began right after the July windows update in which windows changed the default settings so you have to have administrative privileges for your printer. I've literally spent days upon days in attempt to fix this & have tried trying everything that I've seen suggested with no luck. If you continue to get this message, contact HP. There is a problem with the printer or ink system.
